Recipe Kurtos Kalacs:
This unique cake by shape, aroma and method of preparation is a specialty of the Transylvanian cuisine. Kurtos prepared traditional device consists of a wooden roller diameter 10 cm and 40 cm in length, around which are wrapped strips of dough thick as your finger.
External surface of the dough is greased before baking with a glaze of honey and egg yolk, sugar and sugar + nuts / almonds.
Bake cake on coals turning occasionally roll by hand.

This narrow strip of dough is wrapped on some metal pipes (originally they used corn cob without beans) and bake on a grill is coal.
Ingredients:
For the dough:
- Fresh yeast
- Milk
- Flour
- Eggs
- Egg yolks
- Powdered sugar
- Butter
For anointed:
- Butter

- Powdered sugar to sprinkle

Preparation:
